2023 Ulladulla Community Roadmap Review
On 28 June 2023, eighteen community members came together at the Dunn Lewis Centre to review the community roadmap for the IRCF program.
Attendees from not-for-profits (NFPs) in Ulladulla and surrounds brought their passion, their ideas, and a diversity of perspectives, connected with others and had some great conversations. Attendees explored the goals that were set in previous roadmap designs, and identified new goals that emerged.
Three new goals emerged during the workshop and follow-on discussions with community:
- Assess cultural service needs in the community and provide support to local First Nation Service Providers (Added to Strategy)
- Organisations have good internal communication (Added to Efficiencies)
- Developing and modelling ways of working as a team outside traditional committee/ governance structures (Added to Systems)
